Dr. Stephen E. Ruegger serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership Studies at Mercer University's College of Professional Advancement, bringing practical law enforcement experience from his tenure with the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office and Forrest County Sheriff’s Office to his academic role.
