Stephen Allen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture & Civil Engineering at the University of Bath, and Associate Director of the Institute of Sustainability and Climate Change (ISCC). His research focuses on embedding sustainability in design and engineering through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), with applications in construction, energy, and manufacturing. He collaborates across sectors, having previously worked in Parliament, industry (e.g., Circular Ecology, Anthesis), and academia.
