Stephen Aizenstat

Stephen Aizenstat is the founding President of Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Professor of Depth Psychology. With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (CA), he has dedicated over 35 years to exploring dreams through depth psychology and developing Dream Tending Methodologies. His work bridges the psyche of Nature and individuals, emphasizing embodied dream imagery applications for health, healing, creativity, and relationships.

Research Interests: Depth Psychology, Jungian Archetypal Studies, clinical dreamwork, nightmare resolution, eco-psychology, and the intersection of psychology with mythology and creativity.

Professional Contributions: Authored the book Dream Tending, which outlines his methodologies. Serves as a consultant to global organizations and maintains two websites: Global Dream Initiative and Dream Tending.
