Stephanie Sibicky

Dr. Stephanie Sibicky serves as Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment and Associate Clinical Professor in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Northeastern University, contributing to the School Leadership Team. She holds a PharmD from the University of Rhode Island, a PGY1 residency from Hospital of St. Raphael, and an MEd in eLearning and Instructional Design from Northeastern University.

Her research focuses on geriatric pharmacy, anticoagulation management, transitions of care, and innovations in pharmacy education. She maintains a clinical practice at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, precepting pharmacy students and residents. Dr. Sibicky is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP), Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), and Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (FASCP).

Recent scholarly work emphasizes competency-based education reform, curriculum design, and leveraging technology to enhance experiential learning. Her 2024 publications highlight advancements in curriculum frameworks, competency integration, and pharmacist-driven care transitions. Notable awards include the 2020 FASCP Fellowship and 2019 Teaching Excellence Award from Northeastern.

Her educational leadership includes developing course planning dashboards, electronic portfolio systems, and interprofessional training initiatives. Current projects focus on standardizing competency-driven curricula and addressing implementation challenges in pharmacy education.
