Dr. Julie A. Testman serves as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy. She completed her PharmD at West Virginia University School of Pharmacy (2005) and a PGY-1 Residency at Louis A. Johnson VAMC (2006).
