Stephanie Nanto

Stephanie Nanto is a Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor at the Department of Communication Disorders and Sciences, Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She earned her M.S. in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the same institution and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her clinical expertise spans speech-language pathology in acute care, public schools, and autism clinics.

Professional Background: Prior to joining SIUC, she worked in acute care medical settings managing dysphagia, public schools supporting children with developmental disorders (preK–22 years), and an autism clinic providing in-person and virtual therapy.
