Dr. Starlin Weaver is a Professor of Science Education and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Seidel School, Salisbury University. She specializes in science teacher education, environmental education, and assessment methodologies. Her roles include teaching graduate/undergraduate courses in science education, supervising science interns, and serving as an NSTA program reviewer.
