Stacy Goad Williams

Stacy Goad Williams is a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Arkansas, College of Engineering, and serves as the Director of the Center for Training Transportation Professionals (CTTP). She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).

As Director of CTTP, she leads a team that develops and delivers certification training for transportation technicians. The center offers courses in Basic Aggregates, Concrete Field Testing, Hot Mix Asphalt, and Inertial Profiling, with innovative options including online renewal and a "Test Only" pathway for recertification. CTTP collaborates with the Arkansas Local Technical Assistance Program (ARLTAP) to provide statewide support for local transportation agencies.
