Dr. Stacey Bose serves as Dean and Professor at the School of Education of Cairn University since 2020. With over 25 years of experience across public, private, and international education sectors in the U.S., South Korea, Brazil, Panama, and Ecuador, she holds Pennsylvania certifications as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, and K-12 principal. Previously, she directed the reading specialist program and accreditation at Liberty University.

Her research focuses on literacy challenges, particularly phonics and phonemic awareness in pre-service teacher education, and international accreditation models for Christian schools in Latin America. Recent work explores science of reading professional development and ethics assessment in Christian teacher education programs.
Scientific Awards include the Jones-Daly Faculty Involvement Award (2020), Illuminate Grant (2018), and Presidential role in Virginia College Reading Educators. She has published extensively on literacy education and accreditation transferability in Christian contexts.
