Srini Devadas is the Webster Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he has been on the faculty since 1988. His research focuses on computer architecture, computer security, and applied cryptography. He has received prestigious awards, including the IEEE Cybersecurity Award for Practice (2021), the ACM SIGSAC Award for Outstanding Innovation, and teaching honors such as the MacVicar Faculty Fellowship and the Everett Moore Baker Award. He delivered a distinguished lecture on 'PAC Privacy: Automatic Privacy Measurement and Control of Data Processing' at the University of Crete in May 2024.
