Spencer Williams is an Associate Professor of Law at California Western School of Law and Golden Gate University School of Law, where he researches and teaches at the intersection of business law and technological innovation. His work focuses on AI applications in legal practice, complex systems theory, and venture capital financing.
He holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BS in Economics from MIT. Prior to his academic career, Professor Williams practiced corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and served as General Counsel for a Y Combinator-backed technology startup.
