Sonia Koller is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at King’s Business School, King’s College London. Her research focuses on decision-making processes in new venture creation, bridging cognitive sciences, psychology, and entrepreneurship. She investigates how entrepreneurs adapt to dynamic environments and challenges during startup phases.
Her work has been funded by the UK Government’s Industrial Strategy Fund through the Economic and Social Research Council. She publishes in top-tier journals like the Journal of Business Venturing, Applied Psychology: An International Review, and Personality and Individual Differences.
