Dr. Sonia Kang is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and HR Management at the Department of Management, University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM), and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Her research focuses on identity, diversity, and inclusion, leveraging behavioral insights and organizational design to dismantle systemic barriers.
