Soo Min Toh

Soo Min Toh is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Toronto Mississauga, with a cross-appointment to the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at the Rotman School of Management, and a visiting professorship at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Her research spans organizational cultures, leadership, migration, intergroup relations, and employee wellbeing.

Research Focus: Dr. Toh’s work examines how organizational cultures shape leadership dynamics, the impact of migration on workplace integration, and strategies to enhance employee wellbeing. She also investigates gender equality in business through her focus on Women in Business.

Editorial Leadership: She has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of World Business.

Lab Leadership: She directs the Culture, Relationships and Well-Being Lab (CRAWL), which trains students at all levels to study inclusion, diversity, and workplace well-being.
