Professor Siu Tip Lam is the Director of U.S.-Asia Partnerships for Environmental Law and Professor of Law at Vermont Law and Graduate School. With 11 years as an Assistant Attorney General in Massachusetts' Environmental Protection Division, she enforced state environmental laws and litigated cases up to the state Supreme Judicial Court.
Her research focuses on transnational environmental law frameworks and U.S.-Asia policy collaborations. Prior to her government service, she practiced litigation at Brown, Rudnick, Freed & Gesmer in Boston.
