Simone Maier is an Associate Lecturer at the School of Art, Architecture and Design, London Metropolitan University. She holds a BA in English and Visual Performing Arts (Monash University, 2000), a BA Fine Arts (Hons) (2018), and a PGCert (2019) which granted her Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). She is currently pursuing an MA in Art Education at UCL's Institute of Education. Her teaching emphasizes social constructivist pedagogy, and her creative practice explores sculpture with themes bridging poetry and visual art.
