Simone Krämer

Simone Krämer is a Research Associate at the Institute for Art and Art History within the School of Humanities at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Her work focuses on the intersection of photography, art history, and contemporary visual culture. She organizes academic projects and events, such as the upcoming lecture series on 'Photography in Contemporary Syrian Art' exploring Susan Sontag's theories.
