Simon Chin-Yee is a Lecturer (Teaching) in the Department of Political Science at University College London (UCL), School of Public Policy. With 20 years of experience in international cooperation and policy, he combines academic research with active involvement in UN Climate Change Conferences (COPs) and the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
