Simon Baldwin is an Adjunct Research Professor in Psychology at Carleton University and Manager of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police’s Operational Research Unit. He holds a PhD in Psychology (Quantitative Methodology) from Carleton, an MA in Sociology (Quantitative Methodology), and a BA in Criminology. His research examines policing practices, including crisis de-escalation, stress effects on performance, body-worn cameras, and officer safety.
