Sigrun Henjum

Sigrun Henjum is a Professor in Public Health Nutrition at Oslo Metropolitan University, affiliated with the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Department of Nursing and Health Promotion. She leads the Public Health Nutrition research group and the Health Science Research Program, and is actively involved in national and international research on nutrition, food security, and micronutrient status.

Her research interests include maternal and child nutrition, iodine deficiency and excess, breastfeeding, food security, micronutrient deficiencies, and nutritional epidemiology.
