Sian D. Spacey

Sian D. Spacey is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Neurology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She serves as Director of both the UBC Headache Clinic and UBC Neurogenetics Clinic, affiliated with UBC Hospital and Vancouver General Hospital. Her clinical specialties include headache disorders and neurogenetics.

Dr. Spacey's research focuses on calcium channels and the molecular genetics of migraine pathogenesis. As Past President of the Canadian Headache Society and Director of the UBC Clinician Investigator Program, she plays a leadership role in neurology education and research. She actively lectures nationally and internationally on headache and neurogenetics topics.
