Shinhee Jeong

Shinhee Jeong is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resource Development at the University of Texas at Tyler. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University (2018), an M.A. in Lifelong Education from Soongsil University (2006), and a B.A. in Lifelong Education from the same institution (2004). Her research focuses on organizational behavior, leadership, mentoring, and adult education, with a particular emphasis on knowledge creation, employee engagement, and cross-cultural HRD practices.
