Shi Weiming is a Level 2 Research Fellow and Doctoral Supervisor at the Nanjing Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He serves as Director of the Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Control Technology Research and Development Center, Vice Supervisor of the Chinese Society of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer, and Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Soil Science and China Water Environment Association.
