Sheryl Kessler

Sheryl Kessler is a Continuing Education Instructor at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), teaching Improvisational Stitching in the Continuing Education program which serves community learners.

She exhibits textiles in group exhibitions and teaches diverse stitching methodologies including machine knitting, hand embroidery, and improvisational techniques. Her pedagogical focus emphasizes creative exploration through tactile media and traditional craft forms adapted for contemporary art contexts.
