Amy Tidmarsh is a Lecturer in Textiles and Fashion at Manchester Metropolitan University and other institutions, specializing in textile design, craft practices, and art education. She holds a BA (Hons) in Embroidery from Manchester Metropolitan University (2012) and an MA in Textile Design from the Royal College of Art (2021), alongside a PGDipE in Further Education from Huddersfield University (2016).
Her research focuses on performative textiles, hand-based processes, and the role of e-learning in art and design education.
