Sherie Randolph is an Associate Professor in the School of History and Sociology at Georgia Institute of Technology's Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts. She co-directs the Black Feminist Think Tank and authored the award-winning book Florynce 'Flo' Kennedy: The Life of a Black Feminist Radical.
Her research examines intersections of black feminism, social movements, African American history, gender, race, incarceration, and Black Power movements. Current work focuses on African American women political exiles in Cuba.
Honors include fellowships from Emory University's James Weldon Johnson Center and Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture. She previously served as Associate Director of Spelman College's Women's Research & Resource Center.
