Shelley Macy is a Professor of Practice in the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering and Construction Management at the University of Wyoming. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) actively engaged in academia, professional licensing, and community initiatives, including leadership roles in the Wyoming State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, NCEES committees, and statewide kindness advocacy.

Her expertise spans civil engineering, architectural design, construction law, and ethics, with a focus on professional practice and licensure. Macy leads her consulting firm, Macy Engineering, PC, and has held gubernatorial appointments on Wyoming’s professional engineering board. She co-founded Kindness Wyoming and has been involved in political finance systems and leadership programs.
