Joey Parker is an Instructor in the Department of Engineering & Physics at Harding University. He holds an MSE in Engineering from the University of Arkansas (2017-2018) and a BS from Arkansas State University - Main Campus (2004-2007). His research interests focus on Materials, Construction, Infrastructure, Transportation, and broader Engineering disciplines.
