Sharon Huws is a Professor at the School of Biological Sciences and the Institute for Global Food Security at Queen's University Belfast. She leads world-class research on sustainable livestock production under the One Health framework, securing over £10M in funding and authoring 150+ publications. Her editorial roles include Senior Editor for Microbiome and Editor-in-Chief for Animal Microbiome. She advises the Scottish Government's Academic Advisory Panel.
