Sharon Claxton Bommer

Dr. Sharon Claxton Bommer is an Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Management, Systems, and Technology at the University of Dayton's School of Engineering. She holds a full-time faculty position and specializes in human performance and cognitive systems within industrial and military operations. Her professional background includes 15+ years in automotive manufacturing (culminating as a Plant Manager) and prior academic leadership as Dean of the School of Business and Applied Technologies at Clark State College.
