Sharon Clark is a Senior Lecturer in Professional and Creative Writing at the School of Arts, University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), where she teaches writing for stage and screen. An award-winning playwright with over 14 works for theatre and radio, she serves as Creative Director of the immersive theatre collective Raucous.
Her research pioneers the integration of AI, augmented reality, binaural sound, and object-based technology within live performance in found spaces. Clark's work bridges theatre and digital innovation, focusing on transdisciplinary applications that create multi-sensory audience experiences through mixed realities and immersive storytelling techniques.
