Shanthi Gopalakrishnan

Shanthi Gopalakrishnan is Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Research and Strategy Initiatives at NJIT's Martin Tuchman School of Management. With a PhD in Organizational Management from Rutgers University, she has published over 75 papers in leading journals.

Her research examines:

• Strategic alliances and innovation ecosystems
• Entrepreneurial leadership in cross-cultural contexts
• Technology outsourcing and knowledge transfer
• Crisis management and organizational resilience

Recent publications focus on innovation during disruptions, coopetition dynamics, and venture growth factors, showing consistent emphasis on how organizations navigate competitive and collaborative tensions.
