Professor Shannon Nicklaus teaches in the School of Construction at Pittsburg State University's College of Technology. She holds three degrees from Pittsburg State University: M.E.T, M.S. T.T.E, and B.S. V.T.E. Her instructional responsibilities include Mechanical Systems (HVAC), Mechanical Systems (Plumbing), Fundamental MEP Systems, Construction Industry, Methods of Construction, Electrical Systems, Residential Codes, and Senior Projects.
Professor Nicklaus serves as faculty advisor for the PSU Mechanical Contractors Association Student Chapter and Coordinating Professor for the Construction Management program. Her research interests focus on mechanical systems integration in construction, building code applications, and construction education methodologies.
