Sethu Sundari

Sethu Sundari is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Worcester, affiliated with the Department of Pre-Registration Nursing. She holds a MSc in Advancing Clinical Practice (2014) and a BSc in Nursing (1998). Her career spans 16 years in clinical and corporate nursing, with expertise in critical care and educational leadership. She transitioned to higher education in 2015, focusing on bridging theory-practice gaps and innovative simulated learning resources.

Research interests include simulated practice, student-led teaching, and enhancing nursing's professional image. She currently serves as Programme Director for the BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies top-up programme, catering to UK and international registered nurses. She is pursuing an Educational Doctorate (EdD) at the Institute of Education, UCL London.

Professional qualifications include registration as a Nurse (Adult) and Midwife, and a Registered Teacher for Health and Social Care. Awards include Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (2013).
