Serguei Netessin is the Dhirubhai Ambani Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also serves as Senior Vice Dean for Innovation and Global Initiatives. Additionally, he is a member of the Constructor Group Strategic Advisory Board.

His research focuses on business model innovation and operational excellence, with applications in supply chain management, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven operational efficiency.
