Sergiu Octavian Stan

Conf. univ. dr. Sergiu Octavian Stan serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), Bucharest. He teaches core courses including Project Management, Agility and Organizational Change through Projects, Decision and Change Management for Projects and Programs, and Critical Thinking.

His academic credentials feature dual doctorates: a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Bucharest (thesis: Logical Foundations of Managerial Decision) and a PhD in Management from Bucharest University of Economic Studies (thesis: Contributions to Improving Risk Management in Mass Media and Advertising Projects).
