Sean Horrigan

Sean Horrigan, Ph.D., is a Lecturer and Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Diego (USD). He serves as a student affairs administrator and co-founded USD's restorative justice program over a decade ago. His expertise lies in leadership, human development, and restorative justice, particularly in faith-based and mission-driven universities. Currently, he teaches in USD’s Center for Restorative Justice within the Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership certificate program.

Dr. Horrigan holds a BA in Education from the University of Northern Iowa, and an MA and PhD in Leadership Studies from USD. He actively promotes restorative practices through training services and leads a network of Catholic colleges focused on implementing these practices. His work emphasizes community-building and ethical leadership within educational institutions.
