Paul Eichen

Paul Eichen is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego (USD), affiliated with the Nonprofit Leadership and Management program. He holds a Master's degree in Liberal Arts (MA) from USD, where his studies inspired the creation of a nonprofit dedicated to equity in STEAM education. As an instructor in the online Master of Education (MEd) program, he emphasizes accessibility and creativity in engineering pedagogy.
