Scott Jones

Dr. Scott Jones is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of the West of England (UWE), affiliated with the Faculty of Health and Applied Sciences (HAS). He holds a BSc (First-class Hons) in Psychology from UWE and a PhD from Cardiff University. His research focuses on visual perception, attention, and learning, particularly how prior experience and contextual factors influence face recognition and object identification. He has collaborated with institutions like the Bank of England and the US Federal Reserve on secure document design studies funded by the International Banknote Designers Association.
