Scott Jackson

Dr. Scott Jackson is Professor of Accounting and Cramer Research Fellow at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business. He teaches financial and managerial accounting courses and has won multiple teaching awards, including the Alfred G. Smith Award. His research on depreciation methods received the Impact on Management Accounting Practice Award twice (2012, 2015).

Research examines capital investment decisions, earnings management, and auditing judgments. He serves on editorial boards for top accounting journals and has directed the Accounting Doctoral Program since 2010.
