Saul J Priceman

Saul Priceman is Associate Professor of Medicine at USC Keck School and Founding Director of KSOM/NCCC Center for Cancer Cellular Immunotherapy Research. His 14-year research program develops CAR T-cell therapies for solid tumors, with clinical trials stemming from his lab. Funded by NCI, DoD, and CIRM, he holds the Norman and Mary Pattiz Endowed Chair.

Research focuses on overcoming immunosuppression in solid tumors through engineered T-cells and combination strategies. Recent articles explore tumor microenvironment modulation (2025), vascularized tumor models (2025), and clinical translation of PSCA-targeted CAR-T (2024). Awards include NCCN and PCF Young Investigator recognitions.
