Sara Baugh is an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at Davidson College. Her research and teaching focus on decolonial feminist theory, particularly examining how diasporic Latina/o/x communities engage in resistive world-building through rhetorical memory performances.

She also serves as the Lambda Pi Eta honor society advisor at Davidson College, emphasizing her commitment to demystifying academic systems for students from marginalized backgrounds.
