Sanjeev Ranjan

Sanjeev Ranjan is a Senior Researcher and Project Specialist at Aalto University's Department of Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering. With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Aalto University, his work bridges nanotechnology, biomedical applications, and radiochemistry.

Research Interests include liposomes, porous silicon nanoparticles, gene/drug delivery systems, acoustofluidics, nanomedicine, and pre-clinical research. His expertise spans Medical Engineering, Nanoscience, and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Scientific Awards and Grants include the All India GATE rank 7 (2006), University of Helsinki Chancellor’s grants (2006–2012), travel awards (2012–2015), and the Magnus Ehrnrooth Foundation fellowship (2011). His publications focus on nanomaterials for therapeutic delivery, antimicrobial applications, and cancer biology.
