Dr. Sangaralingam Ramesh is a Lecturer (Teaching) at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES), University College London (UCL). He holds a PhD in Economics from SOAS, University of London (2009) and a Master of Science in Economics from SOAS (2002). He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (2013).
