Sandy Rodger

Sandy Rodger is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, specializing in strategic leadership for systemic change within sustainability frameworks. His expertise bridges corporate strategy and circular economy implementation across global sectors.

With an educational foundation in business, engineering, and environmental systems, Rodger leverages senior operational experience from Unilever and Diageo in manufacturing and supply chain management, complemented by leadership roles at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and Toilet Board Coalition.

His research focuses on benign product after-use systems for food waste, packaging, textiles, and sanitary products, alongside integrated biological waste infrastructure for nutrient recovery, bioenergy generation, and water purification. These efforts directly inform his Circular Economy strategy development for industry clients.

Rodger actively advises multinational organizations including Nestlé and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development while teaching Masters-level sustainability curricula and corporate executive programs at Cranfield.
