Sandy K. Piderit is a Full Teaching Professor in Management at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. She holds a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. Before joining Santa Clara in 2012, she taught at the Naval Postgraduate School and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
