Sandra Blumberg

Prof. Sandra Blumberg is a Professor and Head of the International Business (B.Sc.) Program at Nordakademie. She holds a PhD in intercultural competence from Macquarie University (Sydney) and the Europa-Universität Viadrina (Frankfurt/Oder). Her research focuses on intercultural competence, internationalization of SMEs, and reflective practice in management education. She has extensive international experience with studies and professional roles in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany.

Prof. Blumberg has worked as a consultant for international management and communication and held part-time academic roles at the University of Technology Sydney and Macquarie University.
