Samuel Scherer

Dr. Samuel Scherer is an academic staff member at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences Freiburg since 2018, serving as a Quality Management Officer. He holds a doctorate in Philosophy (2022) from the Alpen Adria University of Klagenfurt, focusing on Palliative Care and Organizational Ethics. His career spans roles as a Crisis Manager at Freiburg University Hospital (since 2019) and as a Second Board Member of the Elzach local association of the German Red Cross (since 2021).
