Samuel J. Ross, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Religion at Texas Christian University (TCU), affiliated with the AddRan College of Liberal Arts. He holds a Ph.D. (2018), MA (2014), and BA (2002) from Yale University and the University of Virginia, respectively. His research focuses on Islamic studies with expertise in Qur'anic exegesis, Muslim-Christian relations, and Islam’s engagement with modernity and American contexts.
