Samar Issa

Samar Issa serves as Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Saint Peter's University, teaching Evening/Online programs from Dinneen Hall. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from The New School for Social Research, she brings ten years of corporate experience and United Nations work to her academic role, with fluency in English, Arabic, and French.

Research focuses on Macroeconomics, Banking Economics, and Climate Economics, particularly examining leveraging effects in banking. As Director of the Center for Leadership Studies, she mentors CFA Research Challenge participants and advises the Student Management Investment Fund.
